Continuing Education for Ophthalmic Personnel

Accreditation and Credit  The Joint Commission for Allied Heath Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO) has approved this educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 Group A credits per hour. Proof of attendance (sign-in sheet and evaluation form) is required to receive continuing education credit. Credit certificates will be issued via e-mail. Registrants will be required to provide a current e-mail address for all correspondence and issuance of credit. Registrants will be responsible for maintaining their own record of credit. JCAHPO does NOT retain records of CE credits earned.  Course Director: Mary E. Parking will be available in the open lot adjacent to the Hamilton Eye Institute. Reminder notices of sessions will be e-mailed prior to each session.
